Zhengdou photovoltaic demonstration and experiment base in Ganzi Prefecture is an ultra-high-altitude photovoltaic demonstration base of global significance and the largest single photovoltaic power generation project in Sichuan Province. In addition to becoming China's first photovoltaic demonstration base in ultra-high altitude and mid-latitude regions, the project also helps provide a precedent for photovoltaic construction on the Sichuan-Tibet Plateau and other regions in China with similar conditions and contribute to the regional economic development of Kardze Prefecture.
Located in the Dinggong Grassland of Zhengdou Township, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, the project site is characterized by complex terrain and plateau climate (windy in winter and more hails in summer). In view of such terrain and climatic characteristics, AKCOME's innovative and well-designed tracking mounts and flexible mounts are a good choice for systematic support for the project.

Active tracking for higher returns. Using high-torque gearboxes, AKCOME SMART tracking mounting system is resistant to winds up to 205km/h (above category 16 typhoons), with a high slope adaptability, and high compatibility with the full range of 156-210 components. All products in this series have passed TUV, UL certifications, CPP wind tunnel test (Stage III aeroelastic test), and IEC standard test. In addition, load tests are scheduled for all key nodes to ensure no break under extreme wind forces.

AKCOME flexible mounting system
New technology, new height. With a large span, high headroom, low cost, and high availability, AKCOME flexible mounting system is a cost-effective solution to meet the requirements of large-span panel laying. This series adopts AKCOME intelligent strand monitoring system that can monitor strand prestress in real-time, effectively solving the long-standing maintenance issue of post-operation steel strand loosening (especially after strong wind). In the R&D and design process, wind tunnel tests, finite element simulation analysis, and various experiments were conducted to fully improve the overall structural safety of the flexible mounts and effectively prevent hidden dangers caused by wind vibration during actual use.
